The colonnade steps back in layers, creating covered thresholds between the plaza and the retail units. Planted islands and palms break up the paving, and warm interior lighting draws visitors along the frontage.

A raised frame of vertical fins defines the core block, with shops at ground level and dining space on the floor above. Restaurant wings on either side sit lower, so the elevation reads as one ordered, layered whole.

The fin rhythm continues around the corner without interruption, carrying the same proportions onto the secondary elevation. Tenant signage sits within the facade band, keeping branding consistent with the overall architectural order.
